Footy Training is a product and service aimed to give soccer players a positive experience from playing the game.  This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the data you submit using the Footy Training (“Product” or “Service”). Please read this Policy carefully.  By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by this policy as well as our Acceptable Use Policy and our Terms and Conditions of Service.  This Policy is a part of the and by reference the Terms and Conditions of Service (the “Terms of Service”) governing the use of Footy. Capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as set forth in the Terms of Service. 

1. What is the Footy Training Product and Service?  Footy Training is a service giving soccer players to tools to train on their own, in their functional position, against teammates, professional, and national team players. Our aim is to allow players to receive a positive experience from playing the game as well as come away with lessons learned from the process so that they can positive interact with those around them.


2. Information We Collect and Use to Provide the Service

User-Provided Information. The information we may collect during our registration process is the child’s name, parent’s email address, child’s birth date, username, state, team, club, school, and camp to draw out competition.  If applicable, we will collect payment information for your account.  You will be asked to select a username and photo for your profile.  The username and photo will be available for public viewing.  As a result, we recommend that You not use your real name as your username unless you are comfortable with disclosing this information.  Furthermore, if you are registering for a paid account, we will ask you to provide payment information.  Footy Training uses a third party for such payment transactions.  If you believe your payment information has been submitted without your consent, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve any concern with the payment process.  We will also ask the level of expertise in an effort to identify the right program for the user.  We do not collect any other personally identifiable information from children during our registration process.


3. How we Share your Information

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in the Policy.  This Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (Including offline).  In the event that you are a child under 13, you will need to get your parent or guardian to provide consent to use of the Service before you can submit any personal information.  We aim to inform parents and legal guardians about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age; and how we obtain the consent of parents / guardians in order for children under 13 years of age to use our app.

We do not collect personal information from children unless they register on the Site or App.  Registration is required to participate in Footy Training Services.  We have a policy against drawing a child’s participation in an activity to retrieve more personal information than is necessary.  We may publish a child’s username, first name, team, club, state on our site, app, or social media to foster competition. 

We send parents an email when their child registers and we provide parents 48 hours to refuse their child’s registration and entry.  If a parent refuses to allow the child’s registration and entry, we delete the child’s information from our database. If we do not hear back from the parent, we assume the child’s registration acceptable.  At any time parents can refuse us to collect further personal information from their child and can request that personal information collected be deleted.  A parent can access, change, or delete their child’s personal information by logging on to the child’s profile page. The parent will need to have their child’s username and password.  A parent can contact our service to access, change, or delete the personal information at Please include the child’s username, parent’s email address, city, and state in the email so that we can better assist you with your request.

We may amend our Children’s Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage you refer to this policy on an ongoing basis so that you understand the current version.  We will provide an email notification only if policy changes are made. Please note that parents should update their personal information to ensure that Footy Training has current contact information on file.
